“Need updates but staff was great including Aaron was the best!”

“Could use some upgrades but otherwise ver clean, loved the shower and I slept like a baby. Only thing I did not like was the fact that the hotel was pet friendly, do as I was falling asleep I got a good whiff of dog smell. ”

“Housekeeping continues to be an issue. I stayed ten days and dust was visible. Trash wasn’t picked up completely, water wasn’t replenished, and sheets weren’t changed. Staff even left their working materials on the bathroom. Lighting is really bad. Shampoo dispenser didn’t work and wasn’t changed or repaired. Valet staff didn’t leave car outside when leaving early even when requested.”

“We were checked in quickly and politely. Our first room was clean and tidy, however the. Air conditioner unit was loud and the front desk was able to change our room and we slept like a baby. We will definitely be back. Great customer service. Good breakfast selection.”

“Really nice resort close enough to everything in Austin. Loved everything - room was beautiful, pools were so clean and had excellent drink service, on site restaurants were delicious. Loved relaxing with a glass of wine looking over the golf course. 10/10”

“The hotel is very close to the airport, the shuttle service is great. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean, the hotel provides shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The beds are comfortable. Linens are very good and new. The room are very basic and small, but it works for one night. No closet, just a place to hang a few pieces of clothing. Because the hotel is located next to the highway, it is noisy. The room has a noise canceling device and earplugs. The device is noisy, and did not work for...

“I had cockroaches in my room and my co-worker had ants and other bugs. Rooms walls were not cleaned. It was a bad experience had to be moved as the bugs were so bad.”

“It was a good location and nice room and comfortable bed. The shower though took 15 minutes to get hot. It would also be nice to have more carts available. One big cart for everyone in the hotel is not enough. Also, better food selections for breakfast. Pretty much the same thing every day.”
